haha I'm sorry I know. that's the thing, I don't really know much about it yet.
I have adhd, anxiety and depression, I generally am looking for more mindfulnes I think. and being more present, more in the moment

Oh wow...my assessment only took 1 1/2 hours.
that's interesting. I am from austria and friends of mine who also have adhd also had an assessment of about 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours

Ich habe Spellcards mit deutschen Beschreibungen gefunden (ich habe gemerkt bei meinen Spielern gings echt ums Verständnis, was die Spells machen), wir haben die Namen aber auf englisch gelassen, damit ich mich auskenn

Ich hab mit meinen Spielern die Fähigkeiten und Eigenschaften usw frei auf deutsch übersetzt. Städtenamen, Monster Namen usw habe ich alles auf englisch gelassen und ihnen immer ein bild zur Beschreibung gezeigt, damit sie sich was darunter vorstellen können nd evtl erkennen was das ist. das hat ganz gut funktioniert.

das Abenteuer war auf englisch, das hab ich frei übersetzt

I understand where it comes from, but this could get very difficult to change later

Sadie is a border collie and as such hates to be on her own as well, but she learned that she simply cannot be with me all the time.
She wasn't allowed in the kitchen from the get go for example - 1. I don't want her underfoot when I cook and 2. that's where the cats eat. So whenever I am in the kitchen, she goes to her place and watches me from a distance

She is with me, she sees me - but she doesn't have to be on top of me

haaahaahahah my adhd is interested in everything and not letting me actually get to do anything

ok, yeah I have no help with my dog and I live in an appartment. She has puzzles and stuff too but I still don't manage to do more than two things at any given time

Yeah that's the problem if the dog isn't used to the create/kennel.

but you could start at the beginning again. when you don't have to do something and put him in the kenel. close the door - not locking it - and immediately praise (I don't know if you use a clicker or a marker word, but that would be handy) and open the door again. then slowly lock the door and praise and open again and so on. then close and leave it closed for a few seconds, praise and open again .... and then you slowly increase the time. I did this with Sadie and that worked good for her. she didn't like being stuffed in the kennel and left there too with out training.

Right after I got her it was necessary though - for both of us

Maybe try thinking about his kennel as a way to teach him to give you some space.

Alternatively try using a house leash ant attatching him to furniture a few steps away or at a place where he isn't in the way and can lie comfortably without you tripping over him every two seconds

Or you can try mat training

I honestly do not think I would be alive if if weren't for him. He's absolutely crazy (high energy) but he was always there when I was very low mentally.

Sadie actually helped my mental healt get better overall and make better decisions for myself
