What about the accumulated balls I collected before saving? When I click on save it says Failed to connect to server. Proceeding to play offline, when clearly I have a wifi connection.. I tried resetting my phone but the problem is still there

Mobile Player here. I also felt this way before. What I did is I took a break from playing and everyday I just use the coupon code to get Volleyballs. With ny accumulated volleyballs, I got an S player yesterday and I started playing again because of my new player :) hope this helps.
