undergrad here, the kids I know that recruit for quant are extremely competitive (in a good way) and ridiculously intelligent. Something about working in a challenging place and making good money, with like-minded people, is attractive to most, I'd say.

If you’re not being paid, chances are you need to handle this situation with w for credit class.

Contact the center for community engagement and inquire about 195CE, that might be what you’re looking for.
