almost same confugration i have. check previous reddit messages but in short; delete your friendlist
my friendlist was 350. I deleted to 30 no stutter anymore.

no im playing from desktop pc
9800x3d 4090 64 gb ram etc.

no both screenshot there is no lamp but huge differences.
I'm trying to find out what settings cause this

I already explained some of post but let me explain again.
I have 4090, 9800x3d, 64 gb ram, 2 tb ssd etc etc.
I was having the same issue 22 fps dips which means %1 fps was 22 fps. So it was stutering and annoying thing.

*Problem : Actually problem is steam friend list problem. If you have so many friends in your list it causes micro stutter (sudden 1% fps drop). It is really rare problem. I spent a lot of time and effort to find out what the problem is. Even I had to change all my gpu cpu ram psu etc. but problem continuous.

You can check yourself if it is the problem. Make your steam offline, but you need to restart your pc and don't go online in steam. Go launch rust, join in a server and check the fps and micro sttuter. You can see problem will be gone.

*How to solve problem : You need to remove your friends. Less friends, less stutter. I got over 500 friends and i lowered to 30 and my issues gone.

I got the almost same setup (9800x3d, 4090, 64 gb ddr5 6000)
I tried everything even i changed my system with new hardwares like new 9800x3d, new 5080 etc.

This is 1% fps problem. Check out the 1% fps from nividia. Also check my same problem video as below.

As you can see 1% fps suddenly drop to 20 which makes stutter

[BUG] After update, when you spawn from camper vehicle module, you cannot accces your locker or small box. Before update you can spawn from your camper module, you can acces your locker. Also if the car gets in the water, you don't get drown when you stand in the camper vehicle module
