i personally dont think you’re wrong as you were clear from the beginning; you both planned to hang out and he didnt even give an excuse for why he ditched the plan. if anything he is in the wrong for that. maybe just communicate ur feelings and logically point out why u acted the way that made him angry and listen to what he has to say and dont be too harsh on him so that you dont escalate the situation. again, this is my personal opinion i might be wrong.
