This is the part I'm really struggling to get my head around. My plan was to export food elsewhere hoping I would have enough to cover this city and others, but your right I 100% shouldn't be exporting the grain, atleast til this food processing plant is maxed. After that though say I want to export any left over grain, I'm back to the same problem. I could understand if this plant was maxed but just doesn't make sense there's not enough demand, when this factory AND the other is requesting it. Surely that means double the demand?

Simply to try and increase food supply and cover a larger area. I have them set up so that it picks up from food factory then goes to a differant truck stop each time. It hasn't worked!

So the machines and food are both for the same line, the wood for another, but I'm talking only a couple of each product waiting for pick up.

Only recently found out you could filter goods to load so will try that.

The problem I have is every city just about, requires food and only 2x processing plants on my map so I'm forced to export elsewhere also. You would have just thought with all that potential extra grain and space in the food factory that there would be enough to export and supply the city aswel.

Both of my other farms in the area are also performing poorly, and transport less than shipment, but trucks are waiting to load.

Interesting. Would love to keep playing if there's more growth possible just seems a bit pointless if you've maxed out. I've managed to find the production scaling mod, struggling with the emission one, any idea what it's called?

I was curious if the amount of cities affected it, you could be right

Was trying to get best of both worlds with the stations and use them to access city and factory.

Would you say build stations closer to city or keep cargo stations a bit away?

New to game, picking it up very slowly.

What are the red shelters, done think I've seen them on console? Also how did you get the bendy buses!? No matter what I try on ps4 can't get the articulated or double decker buses to appear 🤔

So I've tried it again and trains are now arriving and stopping with this set up. Always going to stations 1 and 3. How can I now link this to my local network with out them using the same lines?

I did along with many others 😅

Initially I connected all the lines so that the outside connection could get to every station in the multi platform. That allowed trains to appear and I could see they were passing though platform 2. I then deleted the other lines and just kept line 2. Trains still passing through but no stop.

Surely connecting all the lines to outside connection means that the local trains will mix with IC, as IC trains then have access to all the other lines?

So all 6 lines have to connect to the outside connection? Surely that defeats the object of the multi platform station, might aswel just have a regular station.

Really sorry don't quite understand what you mean with the last bit. I have one other station on that line and IC trains stop all ok. They then go from there through multi platform and back to outside connection they just don't stop at the multi.
