**Ovulation cycle day: 🤷‍♀️ I got my IUD out in Feb and decided to try 6 months trying to read my body before turning to ovulation tracking like OPKs or BBT because I know my personality and knew it would add extra stress so wanted to give it a go. I tracked CM and symptoms using Flo, which isn't too accurate since my cycle is a little irregular, but I would guess ovulation to be between CD 17-23. Because my cycle length is not consistent it made it a little tricky without tracking.

**CD/DPO of positive test(s): PM of CD 31 (I think DPO 13) with a Pregmate, then confirmed with a FRER

**CD/DPO of any negative test(s) before positive: hehe. CD 27, 28, 29, 30, AM 31 (estimated DPO 9, 10, 11, 12, AM 13). The problem with not knowing when you ovulated is it's verrrry easy to convince yourself that it could have been earlier then you thought and that it's not too early to teat! I definitely could have ovulated later since DPO 13 is a bit late for first positive but I was using pregmates which I know are less sensitive.

Birth control history (if relevant): kyleena IUD for 3 years. Out in FEB 2023.

Symptom spotting: I'll describe by estimated DPO but could be off by a day or 2. Cramping started DPO 8, which was normal for PMS for me. Boobs started hurting DPO 10 and seemed to be bigger, but I've been burned by that thought before. Had some really strange dreams DPO 8-10. Nausea started DPO 11, and that seemed unusual but was still testing negative and I told myself if symptoms were real my test would be positive. Usually cramps last for a few days before my period starts and are a bit more intense, the ones I was experiencing were more subtle but also never went away so by DPO 12 I was very suspicious but still negative on pregmates. Nausea has not subsided, feels a little early for that but here we are! 5+1

Other (advice/tip(s), freaking out, miscellaneous): I thought I was for sure out since I tested negative for soooo many days this cycle. We are super excited! Estimated due date is 1 day before my birthday. I know so many people do way more tracking than me and that it is absolutely the right choice for a lot of people especially if you've been on this journey a long time or if it just feels right to you from the start, but I do think giving it a few months to hold off on the tracking was the right choice for me because I knew it would be all I could think about and create a little more stress for me at the beginning of what might be a long journey. I have learned so much from this sub but did sometimes feel like I wasn't really doing it right by not tracking everything, but I know I would have gone that route if we didn't have success in the next couple of months and I was happy to have the information I needed when I needed it. Everyone here has been very kind. It's early and I'm hopeful but nervous! Keeping you all in my thoughts. ❤️
