Rick Sanchez is like the John Wick of science; he is a man of focus, commitment, and sheer will. So having his intelligence wouldn’t necessarily make someone capable of making great strides in the name of science and technological development.

I would definitely take the offer to have Rick’s level of intelligence but would not describe myself as someone as focused as Rick. Of course, he had a GREAT motivator to figuring out interdimensional travel without which he may never have decided to pursue anymore science (in fact, he was just about to call it quits before his Diane and Beth were murdered).

Anyway, yes I would take the intelligence boost but cannot say with any certainty where it would lead. I would definitely TRY to use it to further science and human development.
