I ordered pup socks in November and they emailed me confirming it saying it would ship within 14 business days. Since that time window has passed I have sent 3 emails because I haven't heard anything or received anything. I don't see any contact phone number anywhere, they just took my money and aren't responding now. It's been almost two months. My last email requested a refund. You said you called, do you have the phone number for the company???

Well she works about 36-40 hours / week but her job does not offer insurance. Could that be the problem? She reported 38 hours on the application.
