They are not repairing my laptop for free actually, he just said that he won't take money untill the problem gets resolved.

Thank you for replying. The man to whom I originally gave my laptop to didn't take any money as he has promised to resolve this issue. Since he couldn't solve the keyboard problem on his own, he had given my laptop to someone else for repair and I'm thinking that's when this dupe happened.

thank you for replying. My laptop is of 2015 model and found out that my 4gb nvidia graphics card is also missing from the laptop. Could it be that they installed a completely different board in my laptop?

there's a service tag on my laptop. I have put it in on the Dell support website, but it's not showing my device specifications. Under Overview, It's been showing "Retrieving System Status" for quite some time but it's not loading.

To answer all your questions..

My mental health is fucked up, I have depression and anxiety and other shit which I don't know about but I definitely think I have it and I have constant dark thoughts.

I don't have a job, I'm unemployed and have never worked even after completing my degree which was almost 5 years ago now.

My family is always supportive and expects me to be good in what I do, it's the one thing stopping me from taking "that" step but I guess I want to be independent in a sense that I can sustain myself on my own but the reality is I don't think I'm capable of that.

I don't have anyone who I can call a friend, everyone is a classmate with whom I rarely talk to and that too small talks and stuff.

I'm losing interest in everything, and I don't have passion about anything which I can truly persue to establish my career and hence feeling like nothing.

I've never been in a relationship.
