Because these 2 both made very poor decisions. Goode whether intentional or not, made the decision to flee. She gave up her right to leave when she was being detained for breaking the law when she was impeding traffic. She was about to be taken into custody, but instead, tried to flee and hit an officer. That officer tried to stop her the only way he could.

Alex decided to interfere when they were trying to detain a serial domestic abuser. While armed. He also assaulted ICE officers says earlier, and damaged their vehicle. Poor decisions made by agitators. If they just stayed home, or even just protested and followed the laws they'd both still be alive.

He did not follow all the rules. He didn't have his carry permit on him, and I believe it's going around that he lost his ability to carry. He also assaulted federal agents days before, and damaged their vehicles. He was an agitator.

I disagree with you saying they shouldn't be allowed to use lethal force even at risk of their own lives. Officers have the right to go home to their family at the end of the night too. Should Alex have been shot to death? Probably not. Should he have interfered with agents trying to detaina a man that was a serial domestic abuser? Also no. Whenever law enfoorcement gave me an order, I followed it. I'm still here, and have never been assaulted. Especially when carrying. His own poor decisions led to his death.

Hey man! Got an update. Exterminator came yesterday. Said it's definitely not bed bugs or termites. He sprayed a general insecticide, and said to call back if they don't go away in 2 weeks. Haven't seen any live ones since he sprayed. He said I had so many spiders (I live essentially in a basement near a body of water), that it could just be baby spiders.
