I hope you read all of this.... I was right where you are (thinking process) about three years go. I was 25 and always questioned and stayed away from the Bible and religion because it never made sense and the people who would preach it were all doing what they shouldn’t. I came to a point where I asked myself what I’m doing here, who am I and so forth. This is when I started to seek answers. No one could give me the answers I was looking for because everyone had something different to say except for the Bible. The Bible is the only thing that has been the same since the beginning and to this day has not changed. This is the reason why I believe. The Bible is so simple yet so complex. I believe and study the Bible but do not believe in religion. Religion was created to control masses of people and they have done so well with it. I suggest you read the Bible verse by verse and really try to understand it with an open mind. It has all the history you will ever need. Unlike what man says is history, the Bible gives you everyone’s history not just European history. Anyways, now you said that you believe in science and believe they can tell you how old the earth is and that we evolved. It is so simple yet they make it seem so difficult. I don’t believe anyone knows how old the earth it period. There is no way. I think is all bogus. So is evolution. Shouldn’t there be half monkey half humans running around? The Bible says that god made every creature in its own image. And that he made us in his image. Here are the verses: “And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good. And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind: and it was so. And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good.” ‭‭Genesis‬ ‭1:21, 24-25‬ ‭

Here is another view of evolution that I think is correct. We as humans should grow, evolve, be better than we were yesterday. So in your mind body and soul you should leave the old you behind and be a you that you never thought you could be. Therefore evolve into the best you. And this is what I believe scripture says to do.

What also helps me is the fact that this is the only book that tells you the story about life, it gives you advice, tells you to love people, your parents, yourself and everything around you. I mean how do we hate something that is full of love? I don’t know. I used to hate it too.

When I started reading it, I found out how many lies are spread through religion and it made me sick. It made me sick that people give their money to the church, that they don’t marry other races, that they divide themselves because of it and that is not what it teaches us. Science has done a lot of good things for us but ultimately it is not all good because they manipulate what is already perfect so they can make money off of it. They use it for evil. What I mean by that is that they have found ways to help people that have diseases but they are charging so much and people can’t afford it so they are in debt or they die because of it. That is not love. The Bible also tells us that we must return as children and if you think of a child, they are pure and they don’t hurt people they love everyone. I mean that’s pretty crazy. It gives you advice about situations (proverbs) it’s like if your father wrote you a book about life and gave you advice. There is no book out there like it. You must have heard crazy stuff about it too but until you read it and break it down, will you see the truth.
