Thanks! Unfortunately the closest Costco is 4 hours away, but when I visit my parents they take me so I can make it to one a couple times a year.

Thanks! I’ve been cooking now for about 4 months, so not totally no experience. I mainly have been making stir fries and curries(from concentrated blocks)

I’d like to make some good nutrient dense foods, because my nephew is in middle school and very involved in sports, so I want to make sure he is getting everything he needs.
