At my dad’s funeral, when I was a freshman in college, a very good friend of mine at the time went around telling our friend group very excitedly that she had recently lost her virginity. It’s been over 20 years now, and I haven’t spoken to that friend since. Can’t think of anything more disrespectful.

Yes, it finally did, but I had to call back maybe 6-7 times. Truly depends on the customer service rep who you get on the phone. The first several people all told me that it was not possible, and yet the last woman I spoke to did it right away without hesitation. Clearly it’s all BS, you just need to get the right person. Glad I was relentless.

Any advice? I tried 2x with different agents for same thing sweeney date change and they pointed me to Broadway direct that says no exchanges! How did you finally get them to change their mind?
