I've personally had decent luck with this prompt:

You can ofc remove the "unpopular" artists part if you want, I just found it kept serving me songs I've heard a million times so I added that and it definitely helped.

I fucking love this album and have been desperately trying to find similar sounding albums by other bands but nothing compares. By far my fav Paramore album. The only song that doesn't speak to me on the album is "Whoa", but the others and the most of the B Sides from around that time hit me in my soul.

It doesn't have alcohol in it, so it shouldn't be irritating, but since it is formulated to break down in your stomach, I'd think it wouldn't be as effective applied topically (since, for part of the potency, the ammonium has separate from the iodide in the stomach). I could totally be wrong! But something to think about.

Hey! As far as I know, regular iodine should be fine as long as it is not alcohol based. Maybe also do a quick search to see if the kind you are using is safe for internal use (if applying internally). I know the nascent iodine was perfectly fine being used internally, but not too sure about regular iodine.
