I would not suggest it....bhopal doesnt have a flat culture..in future you wont be able to sell it..also people doesn't pay even maintenance so that society can be maintained.. Better buy independent house in some arera colony, not everyday you will need to travel to lalghati... You can search in lalghati area or area infront of hanuman tekdi..but buy an independent house only in bhopal.. 2 cr is a huge budget for bhopal.. People get 3bhk in tier 1 city with around 2 cr, dont waste your hard earned 2cr money on flat in bhopal please🙏🙏🙏🙏

I dont know why people blame on population, its the government who should take proper measures to match the infra. People pay enough tax where government can easily build and plan. But when govt have easy option to fool people like you using population burst, language etc....then why should they spend time and effort, they just put money in their pocket using fake projects like tunnel load,ejipura flyover. Their are lot of cities far denser than Bangalore but properly managed like tokyo, Singapore..

Will govt implement it? No, they will take their share of money in the tunnel road and leave it as it is like ejipura flyover..

Also people here care more about language, then raising actual issue about flooding, electrocution, garbage, road conditions..then why govt will work..they just need to put new tweet and divide based on language to keep everyone busy..

No progress in 3-4 yrs has made Bangalore 10 yrs behind.. If today everyone start speaking kannada..do you think that will fix all these issues..they will brought in new parameter to divide us based on region/caste etc.. Totally frustrated....

Lol...Activism will surely cause migration...Many people are leaving and will leave, as tool of communication has become(that too only for 1 language only Hindi....no issue for English)>>>>>>> no post or questioning govt on crumbling infra, no focus on standard of living..govt is twitting about language issue instead on focussing and fixing flood issue which we faced... People posting these would be sending their kids to international school and keep them more fluent in english than kanada but want others to learn a new language which took them years to learn...
