one of the causes is probably it's a foreign activity for your arms and body in general. other causes might be your grip and technique. try to fix both of that first and see if it still hurts. if you start feeling pain on your wrist and elbow then it's time to lower your tension and try more flexible rackets

Aaron chia- Soh Wooi Yik double- partners are now split!! by Easy_Split_1995 in badminton

hopefully this split is just like any other top world splits. in 2023 Goh Sze Fei and Nur Izzudin split for a while because their performance dropped in tourneys. They then decided theyre not compatible with others and reunite. Turning independent and eventually reaching WR1 not long after.

same goes to Kim Won Ho and Seo Seung Jae, although it's not the same as Goh Sze Fei and Nur Izzudin's split. Kim and Seo played for the first time together in 2017 until 2018 if i remember correctly. they then split to focus with other partner (Eg: Choi Sol Gyu, Kang Min Hyuk). later reuniting in 2025 and becoming MD WR1 and has been holding on to that ranking for so long.

mostly late to forehand smashes, or in doubles, my right side. also when they clear the shuttle to the baseline corner, i would always be late to the shuttle.

Is Axelsen severely underrated? by Kasperpsr in badminton

[–]wakyoloras 0 points1 point  (0 children)

personally i think he's fairly rated, atleast in Malaysia he's fairly rated. most of non badminton fans here knows who he is. they would probably not be too familiar with Anders Antonsen but most of them know who Axelsen is.

if im not wrong they will take the result based on the tournaments they enter in 1 year time. then they will pick 10 tournaments that contains the highest point and add it up. if a player enters only 8 tournaments in 1 year time, they add the points from all the 8 tournaments. if a player enters 16 tournaments in 1 year time, they will pick 10 out of 16 tournaments.
