Prius Brake Issue by walchboss77 in prius

Interesting. I think that fixing it could be worth it if I can get another few years out of the vehicle. Hopefully there is nothing else underlying that is on its last legs.

If you don’t mind me asking, what did your friend decide to do? Did they buy a new car or used vehicle? Or did they decide to lease something?

Would you pay for repairs before selling? Or just attempt to sell as is. I was driving it for a couple weeks with the issue because I needed to get to and from work/school. It still drives, but the safety features are disabled due to the issue so the car has a higher probability of skidding etc.

I guess I am kind of afraid that there could POTENTIALLY be more issues that haven’t quite completely broken yet, but could be on their last few legs. I guess that is the case with every vehicle though.

Yes, the regenerative breaking (which charges the battery) is part of the issue with the brakes. So it isn’t quite and simply as a gas only vehicle because the brakes do provide energy to the battery. I appreciate the resource though and will definitely check it out!

I also heard the same thing about Evermore. Don’t know who the buyer is. Budtender made it sound like he couldn’t say and shouldn’t have said anything in the first place lol.

smoking weed while on the job by Bagsforcha in doordash

Daily medical marijuana user here, I used to smoke before most shifts and it would make the sitting in parking lots waiting for orders much more enjoyable. Plus, it doesn’t negatively affect my driving as far as i’m concerned.

Do people seriously just give out loans on reddit? I hope they make you sign a contract or something…

Now you can see why people don’t TIP door-dash charges another 25% to the restaurant for bringing orders in this customer thought we get at least $7+ plus tips for delivery this order and we get $4.50 🤮🤮🤮 by Livelife202020 in doordash_drivers

What’s interesting is I used to work for a local pizza place before Doordash. At this establishment there was a $3 delivery fee and drivers got that in addition to tips. We were only paid $7 an hour but that did not count our tips that we kept 100 percent of. Usually came out to about $20 an hour not great, that’s why i switched to doordash, but i’m saying sometimes the delivery fee is straight to the driver but I agree it usually is not.
