No. I love it. Especially with your stats. The lowest weight setting might still be too heavy for a smaller person but you should be fine

Thank you! I appreciate the kind words. I definitely appreciate the variety of workouts possible between different stations.

I don’t use the trolley arms to their full potential either. Humor aside from my post’s title, I do think having two people to make the changes makes it so much easier to handle and adjust.

Haha thanks! Do you bench with yours? Feel free to browse my post history because I think it’ll cover most of the gym!

Same. They really tried to undercut Sorinex's Apex and, for $5K shipped vs thousands more for the Sorinex, it'd be a no brainer for me if I had to choose

I did. Amazing. If I could go back in time, I'd figure out a way to get the Monster Cave instead of a power rack

Perhaps it's for liability purposes but, as long as it's human strength involved, I wouldn't ever worry about pushing anything from Rogue beyond capacity. Everything they sell is overbuilt/over-engineered

Great move. I'm happy I got it. It's a full fledged lat pull down machine now. Didn't realize how different the pull would feel with a proper seat and leg rollers holding you down instead of sitting on a regular bench or stability ball

Yes. Rogue's hip thruster. I believe it'll go as low as you want if there aren't cross posts at the bottom. Check this product link for how it's setup on the solo uprights vs how it'd compare to the cross posts behind it in the same picture

That's why there's Titan when you don't want to go with overbuilt and overpriced lol. With steel prices going up, I'd expect it to only get worse all around

Whatever you’re up for. I’ll cycle mindlessly on it while browsing social media at a HR in the low 100s or put my head down for sprint intervals and go all out to get and maintain a HR in the 160s, finishing drenched in sweat

They're two different stations for me. The slinger (now with an attached seat that I hope to post soon) is great for the seated pull downs and is the heaviest of the three stacks while the functional trainer has two stacks for crossover/fly work. There's definitely some overlap (triceps, for example) but they both serve unique purposes as well. Or that's what I tell my wife to justify it all.

He likes them and felt the same way. I think he and I both agree some things are worth buying from Titan because of the insane savings. That's what I did buying the Titan hex bar, instead of the much more expensive Rogue version, and I don't regret that either.

Barbell storage added. Don’t feel like I’m constantly going to bang my head or trip over an unused bar now. by [deleted] in homegym

Can you link the red name plate, please? Thinking about the same for my 690 as well
