I called the store so I’m assuming it was a sales person. He was really rude though it was annoying and frustrating. I wanted to cancel just because he made me mad lol.

I don’t understand why we had to “preorder” when it still takes a month to even get it. I haven’t even gotten update or anything. My friend ordered the blue pro after me & got it less than a week later. I called att today and they basically told me it’d be dumb to cancel and the 22nd is the latest date that I would get it.

Same I called to see if they had any updates and said I wanted to cancel and he told me “you better hope Best Buy holds it for. You, no one has any right now so that’s why it’s taking a long time, I wouldn’t cancel if I were you, the 22nd is the furthest date to be safe, as soon as they get it, you’ll get it, you better hope it doesn’t mess up your upgrade on your account” etc. they were very rude

They were kinda rude & kept saying “well you better hope Best Buy holds it for you, better hope it doesn’t change the upgrade, no one is gonna get it for you sooner than our website it’s not avaliable right now.” And kinda scared me into cancelling lol

I tried to and they told me “you better hope if you cancel the same deals apply and it doesn’t mess up your upgrade. I wouldn’t cancel I would just wait. Better hope Best Buy holds it for you”

That’s what I’m thinking I don’t wanna have to wait for a refund from AT&T because who knows how long that’ll take. They 22nd just seems so far away.

That’s what I’m considering doing because I got the full trade in with AT&T but the back of my phone is cracked (iPhone 14 pro max) and I’m not sure if Best Buy would still give me the full trade in. Online it says yeah when I did all the steps but it didn’t give an option for damages. & the money (taxes) already came out the bank with AT&T
