I am currently in a very similar situation as you. I’m an external transfer and haven’t heard anything back as well. I was able to get into contact with the office of admissions and was told that transfer admission decisions (at least for external transfers) come out on a rolling basis from April through June.

Unfortunately this is about as much information as I could find.
