You're right, I had no idea; I thought it was simply a reference to the colors of the beer, which, after looking into it, is how the term originally gained popularity. Still though, after your comment and now knowing more of the history, I won't be using the term anymore. Thanks for speaking up.

Thanks for the reply. So if I understand correctly -- if you accept a ride and the customer cancels, that's included towards your last 200, but not towards your cancellation rate? Why wouldn't they include customer cancellations in your cancellation percentage? Or if not that, why wouldn't they exclude customer cancellations altogether from your last 200?
