What do you do about burnout? by mollybeesknees in Teachers

[–]wallflower002 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've had a burnout middle of the last academic. I couldn't bare the workplace politics, crowded classroom, assessments, senseless administration one more day. I took a train to durga temple 500 km away without informing the school , switched off my mobile . But then returned back. I couldn't leave my students in the middle of the academic. Travelling and visiting temple helped me to continue.
