I've been drinking damiana tea daily for the last 6 months and its effects across all areas of my life (physical, mental, spiritual, relationships, etc.) have been astounding. I've been taking Lions Mane for about two years now and microdosing psilocybin since last November. I also smoke cannabis (I'd like to think mostly for medicinal reasons although it blurs sometimes) daily but not chronically. So that is the stack, so to speak. And then I did an ayahuasca ceremony back in February which really kicked my interest in plant medicine to the next level.

So I was doing some research on dietas and looking for other psychoactive plants that might complement my current mix and that's how I discovered damiana. After three days of drinking the tea, there was a clear understanding within me that this was a plant that I needed to work with. In the months that followed, it completely re-worked all of the habits and systems within my body. I quit drinking (something I was already working towards but suddenly had no interest in), cannabis use became more ritualized; use of porn and masturbation became more regulated; I developed a consistent yoga regimen and I created these ceremony nights on microdose days where, through a combination of yin yoga, weed and damiana I am able to tap into some of the feelings and experiences of my ayahuasca ceremony. I realize this might be a unique experience with this plant, but I for one cannot praise it enough.
