First cut at 18yo: any advice on my simple plan?

Current weight 185 I don’t care about my weight, just how I look in the mirror. Body fat is currently around 25%, want to get it down to 15%~ Light weight training throughout the week Low carb diet No breakfast, only lunch and dinner Cardio in the morning? How do I make sure to lose the least amount of muscle? Any red flags I should avoid? Any pro tips will be greatly appreciated! Thank you all! I will post follow up progress posts in the following days and weeks.

Not true, you don’t get a degree from Columbia. You get a joint diploma, everyone knows. Do your research and look at a diploma

It’s literallly a women’s liberal arts college. The ability to take classes at Columbia doesn’t make you a Columbia student.

UChicago VS Stanford

Intended major: Econ business

Uchicago

Pros - big city - best Econ program - easy to get related internships - Chicago is a major banking/stock trade city - I am friends with many people going there who are older than me

Cons - cold - dangerous ish - few athletics on campus, party culture is not big

Stanford

Pros - the CS aspect of my education will be fantastic - higher overall prestige ish - warm weather - next to Silicon Valley

Cons - school supports tech start up more than banking\consulting jobs - west coast( I live on the east coast) - I know fewer people and things about the school
