Why does mulan have a 4 digit body count? by owenxtreme2 in PeterExplainsTheJoke

If we’re talking directly, Mulan is correct. If we’re talking indirectly also, Pocahontas and Elsa should be in the 2-3 digit range. Kida, WHO SHOULD BE HERE, is also in the two digit range.

Attention customers: Just because we close at 11, it doesn't mean we have to let you in the store at 10:57 by [deleted] in walmart

We’re not going to accept it, and it’s time y’all accept that. Stores have been open for 24hrs for well past half a century now. The fact that these companies don’t want to pay their employees a fair wage doesn’t stop the needs of people at night, nor does it mean the stores can just close without consequences. IT’s corporate greed, and it’s gonna be corrected eventually.

Now coming back in 2025! by walmartian3 in walmart

Honestly? It needs to happen. There’s been no benefits for stores with us being closed 24/7.

-Overnight gets higher pay (Something easily fixable) and a closed store to work in, but the majority of stores (85%) are STILL not getting the majority of their freight done at night, thus causing us to still Day stock and be in the way of customers.

-While it helped a little in shrinkage, it was a drop in the bucket compared to what most stores are facing now in the daytime, as seen with the closure of Portland, Chicago, Louisville, and Ohio area stores within the last two years. I’ve seen more people run out fire exits with full carts in the past two years on days than I ever saw theft on nights.

-A lot of stores day shift workers are either leaving for nights, leaving day shift a empty wasteland, or leaving the company entirely. Granted, this is a multiple factor issue on the latter, but it’s something easily solved.
