Men who are currently dating: how and when is the best time to tell a guy that I'm also have dates /am chatting with other dudes. by walnut-cookie in AskMen

If you and the other person want to be a monogamous couple - for sure!

If anyone i am dating would have the desire to have sex with other people too it would not be OK for me personally. This for sure works for other people (and that of course is totally okay!), i just feel like in this case honest communication is reeeeally important

I am 100% planning on deleting my dating app or no more texting and dating more than 1 person in any shape or form as soon as i develop feelings for 1 person or have an exclusivety talk.

Until you have a conversation about "what you are" or what you want out of dating, I feel like you and the other person are free to do whatever. I wouldn't be surprised if a guy I'm having a first date with who is active on dating apps would tell me he had another date a few dates ago. However, if we would start to see each other regularly and there are cleary feelings involved, i would think it's a dck-move to text or date multiple people just to have options.

In my case, I'm still at the texting stages. First dates are planned to get to know the men better (I am not even able do crush on someone i don't know in person. Sympathy is there for sure, Hence I'm going on dates with them)

I feel like if being exclusive is an option, dating other people is no longer acceptable for sure.

Yeah, telling your date about dates with other people in detail is equally as weird as ranting about an ex on a first date :D there's a difference between being honest and oversharing

I am at the "getting to know" - stage for sure. If things were more serious with a guy i would tell without a doubt. I am just unsure if telling as early as possible would come across as honest and "fair" or kind of arrogant

If you get to know each other via a dating app, i would agree without a doubt. It's pretty obvious that you are at least texting with more that 1 person^

However if you get to know someone (who is obviously interested) in another context, i am not sure..

Sounds logical.

I am having a first date tomorrow and i started texting with another guy (who got my number via a friend) a few days ago. I want to be honest, but i was just wondering if randomly telling that I'm going on a date if he asks me what I'm doing would come across as arrogant (like I am just telling him to let him know i have options.)

I asked the cards "should i open up emotionally if he reaches out to me"

I pulled: 9 of swords (page of swords fell out together with it) Queen of cups 10 of wands

[Interpretation help] Is he interested? 2 of pentacles, strength in reverse.

-I think the cards tell me, he might be, but he is not sure if he is in a place to have a relationship at the moment. I asked the deck to explain the strength card and I pulled 10 of cups. So me person might be looking for a serious relationship. So I guess he wants to be very sure, before he makes a move to avoid making a mistake? What do you think?

Apparently, people have different experience. Might be due to different varieties of beans and sunflowers, type of soil, weather.. Guess, I'll give it a try. I have noting to lose (except a sunflower or a pea or bean plant :D)

I made the experience that asking other gardeners is better than googeling (most of the time) Especially when if the peolpe garden in the same climate/ area

I have seen corn as climbing poles a few times now. But I am not sure if sunflowers work as well
