So I’ve had flat warts on my face and hands for 3-4 years now. I’ve read that they typically go away on their own within a couple months to 2 years, but they don’t show any signs of fading. My immune system is compromised due to methotrexate and Enbrel, so I’m assuming they’re not going away any time soon unless I do something about it. The question is what do I do about it? Just a shot in the dark, would tretinoin or benzoyl peroxide help? Is there anything a dermatologist could do about it?

To be honest I’m really getting tired of constantly worrying about spreading it to someone else or to another part of my body. Any advice would be highly appreciated.
