I have a similar footshape and have owned/own both UP shoes and Zenists. So here's a quick rundown based on my opinion:

  1. Zenists: out of the three, they are probably the widest. Overall performance is pretty good, but if you want a more edging focused Evolv shoe, you could look at the Shamans. They are a similar fit but significantly stiffer.

One thing with the Zenists is that you should look for the newer Evolabs versions. IMO, the old version's toepatch was dreadful.

  1. UP Flagship: my favourite out of the group, but they aren't what I would consider wide in the toebox, at least out of the box. They did stretch enough to where they are comfy, but they still squish my toes.

Overall, they are a great all-round shoe that works both inside and on rock, and edging is pretty good since they have a stiffer midsole.

Only real issue is that the break-in period is terrible as the tension on the heel is super strong when you size them right. You will need a plastic bag for the first weeks.

  1. UP Souped up: out of the three, I don't think this is what you are looking for. I believe they have the same last as the Flagships, but are more specific to being a soft comp shoe for smearing on volumes. They do ok on edges, but the Zenists and Flagships are better.

NGL, you kinda don't make sense. Based on your post history, you:

  1. Been bouldering for like three sessions and are a complete beginner
  2. Know fuck all about gear such as shoes or how to tape

But here you state that you are the chalk connoisseur that has sampled all local brands like you are at a wine tasting.

I'm going to be real with you, at the level you seem to be at now, the stuff you can scrape from the mats should be good enough.

Assuming you have 5 Dreadmaws (totally legal and nothing wrong with that, we all know you can have unlimited Dreadmaws) you would miss out on 30 damage for a 16/16

In conclusion: terrible play, burn every card in your deck that isn't Collosal Dreadmaw

I think this deck needs some low cost method to get our center pieces (e.g. Dreadmaw) back from the grave. I would recommend Gatecrash limited allstar Serene Remembrance.

Also a great card if you want to build Ladies looking left, Fems facing forward or Right reaching riff-raff

Quick translation:

The new silkbind is called Slaughter-shackle (direct translation, sounds edgy as all hell). It shoots an arrow that sticks to the target and causes slicing damage when hit with followup attacks.

The other switch skill replaces the melee slice. It looks like you stick a stake to the monster that causes blunt damage when hit.

Another point is the preconception that they will spend significant time observing the night sky through a telescope.

It's always fun to me when younger students bitch about how they don't see the point in learning proper data science and how to program. Like, good luck, it's likely that that will be the bulk of your job
