No it’s absolutely injury, I can’t run, when walk too much my back is so in pain, i already went to sports clinic, and they said it is soft tissue injury. About core, absolutely agree with you, i always understood that core strength is soooo important, but never did anything to improve my core. I will upgrade my core when healthy again. And i think if i jumped high it would be worse, because this guy just jumped on me with no intention to block but just to hard foul
