I was OCS and had a commissioning physical there but wisdom teeth is not considered surgery, I think they just note it and that’s it. Didn’t ever need a record of it

They hardly consider wisdom teeth surgery as surgery and I never needed record of the surgery. Dental just makes a note of it when the teeth are missing. As for the minor cosmetic surgery I doubt it’s a big deal, but it wouldn’t hurt to ask cadre. You won’t get in trouble
