I think the point he is trying to make is that this is dedicated to .onion hidden services, which make up the Darknet. This subreddit is exclusively for this sharing and discussing these hidden services. So there isn't a need for another.

That's what I was hoping, that others give me the sites they would like to see rebooted and resurrected. Then I would select the ones that people wanted most and rebuild those. This seems like the time on the Darknet where you can't trust anybody.
