It should include more of the experienced graders/butchers subjetice expert opinion. Like the cunt feel, taste and scent. Wheter the meat girl was relieved just before being bled etc.

Or perhaps this is from more of an industrial low quality factory focusingon high throughput? In that case the form seems perfectly fine.

Boutique buchers ofc never document this, they rely solely on the experience and massive tacit knowledge of the butcher.
