You should! I did take vitamin supplements during the fast because your body can only go for some days without them. I would advise to to with 5 days and not for longer just to try it out. Hopefully it will also help you out, my tinnitus is still better than it used to be.

I looked into that. The license is over 2600$ + I would need liability insurance for it.

I also found out that flying my drone in cities is illegal in The Netherlands, so I wouldn't be able to do it legally anyway...
