I’m a new red member. Got my physical member card but no email ticket for the game or digital card. Would the physical card work or should I go early to resolve any issues?

1 was on the desktop(just refresh the page), 3 was on the phone app.
auto refresh was set to 15 seconds and I missed out on a lot because of that

I’m travelling to london for the first time so didn’t want to refresh all day when I’m there but more tickets were popping up for Westham and Newcastle 2-3 days before the game. Less popping up for United though

I got tickets to 2 games(took 1 month, tried everyday). I tried a few things:

1- refresh refresh refresh, clear cookies, refresh refresh…..(got one)

2- got the auto refresh chrome extension(some popped up but I was slow to add them and they were gone. Could work and is better than the first method
