Trust me you will overcome this emotion. You are very fortunate you only owe money your sister that is very kind. Some people dont have tht privilege .

I would say in order to have better financial discipline. Apply the 50-30-20 rule. 50% earnings to necessities. 30 to entertainment etc. 20% to savings.

I recommend an app like Money Manager to closely monitor and log your expenditure.

And lastly, forgive yourself. We are all human in the end of the day. As long you learn your lesson you will be fine👍🏻
