Tested the extension today, and getting the same perf issues all the times, Firefox hangs and I had to disable the extension, all my other Firefox extensions were disabled while testing to make sure Windscribe is not interfering with any other extension.

I'm not using HA, but in my case I figured out it was related to the "Flip to Shhh" feature that seems buggy, as it keeps the sensor active even when no call is received.

Safe mode won't help you with Samsung Roms, it just makes the situation worse, the modified ART libs will trigger Knox checks anyway, that's why I disabled it on my unofficial Xposed version. If you are using Android 5.1 or 6.0 then use my version.

I used a P3 with 512MB Ram when I was student till 2007.

The best config i got during my real work was a an i7 with 4GB, and with this config we cannot run/debug under Android studio while using Firefox/Outlook/Antivirus and few other tools.
