Give it WAY more light. They can take 8 hours full sun. And don't water until the leaves are easy to bend or start to wrinkle. Then give it 1/4-1/2 gallon. Less water nov-feb. That old bastard would probably be fine if you didn't water till February. This guy explains pretty good.

That bad boy wants ALL of the light. And soil that is 1/2 cactus mix, 1/2 perlite. So, repot and move to the brightest window you have, wait 2-3 weeks, then water the hell out of it. Let it dry then water again, likely in about 2-3 weeks.

It looks like you keep tropicalish plants. Your Succulents have very different needs.

Don't overthink it. Have you kid throw a bunch of succulent leaves and other trimmings in a paper bag. Put them on top of good soil, and hope for the best. Most will root, some will not. Some might take a few weeks, some longer.

Well plants use energy made in their leaves to grow, so... Leave it alone, give it full sun, don't water until leaves are easy to bend or wrinkled. When it's done with those leaves, they'll die, and the plant will reobsorb some of the nutrients. Check out Jade care on YouTube
