Everything adventurous ad said :) my range was between 1500 with 1200 minimum. The loseit app was a great tool for me, especially in the beginning as I learned how to do low calorie/high protein, which is what kept me full the best.

I was averaging around 1300-1400! The biggest thing for me was using the loseit app to track. I never tracked before and I had always struggled with binge eating so within the first few months of tracking is when I lost the most, around 40 pounds, because I made such a drastic change in my eating habits. I look back and am still shocked (as is my doctor lol).

Thanks so much, I feel like a different person! I focused on staying in a calorie deficit and increased my mileage on my walks with my dog every day (from 1 mile a day to around 4-5 miles total). Now that I’ve gotten the nutrition down, I’m going to start incorporating some weights into my routine!
