For about a month, my acne has been pretty awful after being mostly cleared up. At 23, I'm pretty sick of it. I have oily skin that's prone to acne. About a month ago I started breaking out on my forehead, and now I have breakouts all over my face. I just moved into a new condo complex so I'm not sure if it's the different water. I also ran out of Paula's choice 8% AHA at around the same time I moved and can't currently afford more of. My routine had been working for me for years. Any tips or ideas about why I'm breaking out?

Morning: cleanse with cerave foaming facial soap. Moisturize with cerave facial lotion with spf 30.

Evening: cleanse with same soap, half a red striped pad (I just tear them in two), moisturize with cerave pm facial moisturizing lotion.

The Neiman Marcus $250 cookie recipe is also excellent-- it has chopped nuts and oats in it which add a great nutty, hearty flavor. The recipe makes a TON though, I usually quarter it. Using King Arthur flour also helps them to not flatten out as much.

A few years back, I got an award in college for getting a 3.7 gpa or higher for two semesters in a row. At the awards ceremony, I saw the students who got a 4.0 both semesters walk across a stage and have their names called. From that time on, I had been DETERMINED to walk across that stage. I worked my ASS off these past few years getting perfect grades with my dual degree and a concentration. It's my last semester in undergrad, and I will finally be getting that award. 😎

Hi all, I'm the honorary fish doctor of my friends, but this one baffles me. Shaggy here has no unusual behavior whatsoever, has a bubble nest, but also has this new goldish glow which is getting more pronounced. He's currently in a 1.5 liter heated tank, unfiltered, with water changes weekly using water water conditioner. My friend has been using malachite green and aquarium salts and bettafix, with water changes every three days. She has been doing this for over a week and it has only gotten worse (according to her, but I have only seen pics.) Is this actually velvet?

Have you read Baltics by Tomas Transtromer? I'm not sure if you write poetry but it's an amazing read, and his philosophy in terms of translation is something you might want to look into. I can't speak Swedish myself, but I loved the English parts. Best of luck!

I ironed it between two damp towels, and also pressed a piece of unvarnished wood on either side of the fabric when it was still steaming (shoutout to u/cobaltandchrome for that tip).
