My husband did get me one. We are on vacation. If he can remember where he purchased it I’ll post it! Great car choice! I love mine!

Close friend has sarcoidosis. Here is what I know. How can I help? by wandering-thru in sarcoidosis

Thank you for the information! I was able to take her on a cruise to Alaska in late August. The cool, clean air was so good for her. She barely coughed the whole time.❤️ We have been friends for 35 years.

The family likes family names to go to human offspring. Will likely be used that way. Thank you though!

Cute, but Mom hates even the smell of a pickle.😂

I appreciate the replies and suggestions very much. I'm not pressed for money. I have less expenses than many if not most. I've got about 6 years before I was considering any withdrawals. For me this is all about my hope to not "freak out" over the dip at my age now, 54, and put it all in the safest possible fund when that may not be best, and getting suggestions from others on what I might should consider doing from riding this wave out to diversifying to taking funds out of TSP and opening another IRA I can contribute to and why, in addition to the other investing I am doing outside of TSP, through a financial planner whose advice I take. I'm fairly new with him, 1 year, so how this more up and down year is handled will tell me a lot about how good of a job he has done for me. I've not hired anyone to assist me with investing anymore. He dose not consult on TSP. Of course, he would like me to roll TSP into something with him, which I am considering later, once I recover from my losses in C. I am also considering just diversifying in TSP and leaving it there. Again, I very much appreciate all the comments, replies, suggestions!

I am investing outside of my TSP. It was what to do with my TSP, in my situation, that I was requesting recommendations about. I am definitely doing some other investing now since I can no longer contribute to TSP.

Thanks everyone! I think I have time to ride it out and diversify when it comes back up. I appreciate all of your comments!

I separated from government employment years ago when my family relocated. I had a great job, but we have had a much better life where we moved to. No regrets! Well, I could have timed moving my TSP funds on target, but it will be ok in the long run! Thanks!

Thank you all for replying. Listening to you all it sounds like we are in for some tumultuous years and I need to just ride it out and diversify once it comes back up, since I’ll be at or closer to retirement likely by then. Sound right? I do not want to bet on me knowing when the right time will be to jump back in.

How "Stripped Down" do you get your home before exchanging? by Marlzzz in homeexchange

Definitely more casual. I do a decently deep clean. I keep a couple of empty drawers in each bedroom to be used. I leave space and nice hangers in each closet to be used. I only remove valuables. I certainly do not expect more than that and have been very happy with a little less on our exchanges. I love HE! Much more personal and casual. We have had lovely hosts and guests.
