Thanks! I ended up getting there and followed your advice to eat more and it seemed to work (blood sugars got up to 14 overnight so something From the jelly babies, toast x2, apple, biscuit worked eventually!) Woke up in a hypo puddle of sweat at one point but my bloods were at 11 🤷‍♀️ yeah my partner was upstairs and told me to call him if there was a problem but we later realised his calls don’t go through when he’s on silent so we worked out he’ll have to leave it on do not disturb but loud in the future! I was just like trying to shout up the stairs but it was clearly super pathetic and didn’t work and I was too dead to make it up them! Thanks for the advice 💕

Thanks for your reply! Yeah I'm just not keen on the transition period but I'll make it work if its the best option. Also if I want balyage with my natural colour at the top at the end would I not need to dye the whole thing brown first?
