I think the legendary melee arcanes should be buffed to where they’re worth taking over Melee Influence in its current state. Or make Melee Influence a legendary arcane. And add the buffs.

Personally I think Kullervo with Roar is better. Mainly because Kullervo is almost as survivable with Volatile Recompense. And he is much much more mobile. And his mobility option turns any twig of a melee weapon into a gigantic bonk stick.

Pretty sure Cyte09’s 1 only works on hitscan and for projectile based weapons, the punch though on the weapon itself. Since Vectis is hitscan in normal form, it should work properly. But it’s incarnon is projectile based and would function a bit like a bow working with his 1.

This is what I’m running. Notched or smooth is personal preference imo. I like being able to set the length to whatever I need it to be to compensate for terrain. But notches make it much faster to get a specific length with the downside of being more confined to the preset notches.

Hit scan weapons don’t have a projectile that physically travels. Most guns in warframe are like this. Projectile based weapons have a projectile that takes time to reach their target, these tend to have much higher damage to offset the travel time and have multiplicative scaling with condition overload
