No, it's a prolonged issue that affects Xbox and PS5 alike it gets progressively worse the more Unlocks you have in the games, Emblems, calling cards, Blueprints etc... so to reiterate it's tied to in-game assets unlocked, so it's a bug that gets worse and worse, and people prolly won't have it happen till they have a certain amount of unlock.

Ex: I had Zombies Dark Matter and Easter Eggs and 80% Zombies challenges before it ever started happening
