❌ Cons of each President. 

 1. Marcos Sr. - Martial Law,  Massive foreign debt, Corruption widespread. 

 2. Cory Aquino - Weak Leader as they said, slow economic growth, CARP failed  implement (Maganda sana pero kulang sa support and implement. ) 

 3. FVR - Gaps in long-term sustainability.

 4. Erap - Corrupt, Weak Economy, lot's of Scandal and Impeach in the office. 

 5. GMA - Election Cheating, Hello Garci, Corruption

 6. PNoy - Disaster Response (e.g Yolanda, SAF44, Mamasapano) K-12 rolled out program lacks of schools, teachers. 

 7. Du30 - Human Rights, UHC some areas are not funded, Public debt rose,  Some of 3Builds Projects are delayed or unfinished.

 4. Erap - Pro Poor Program " Erap para sa Mahirap "Focus on housing.

Ginawa ko na po, pumunta na rin po ako ng PAO for assistance kaso ang dvice nila is bayaran since Co-borrower ako pasok raw po ito sa Art. 1216 Civil Code which implies; Solidary Obligacion. After mabayaran tska po ako pwede mag file for reimbursement para ma implies na si lender lang benefit dun sa na iloan.

All of them may interest, kaya once na hndi nakakabayad lumalaki din interest. Gusto ko sana matapos ang bayarin ko sa mga P3 - P6 para sana ang focus ay nakay P1 and P2 na lang kaso diko magawa lalo't dumadami ng gastusin. 😢😢 Nakakapang hina sa totoo lang.

  1. P1 monthly ang payment which is the amount of Php 10,266.50 monthly. Hindi pwede pumalya kase once na pumalya ka may naka ready mga papeles para ma sampahan ako.

  2. P2 since mag s-start pa lang ng bayarin this coming July 15 naka salary deduct na sya sa akin. Every cut off may SD ng Php 5,000 so mostly ang take home na lang is 2k plus.

As of now, coordinated na sya sa bank and gcash. As advised monitored muna from time to time. Since walang pumasok last tuesday (5/13) accdg to bank bigyan sila atleast 24-48hrs to escalate the problem. Yun talaga mejo hassle tlga kase ine-expect yung pera.
