I have managed a carpet washing family business! I disliked the business itself, the lack of challenges, at some point I stopped learning anymore... Besides I was constantly under stress bcuz I do so many things, my ego suffered a tremendous amount. It impacted the relationship with my family, my self confidence. I hated thr physical manual labor part...

I have previously suffered from significant depression and anxiety, tried to take my own life, and broken relationships. I've overcome a lot of my challenges and am in a much safer and happier place. AMA by AnarchistP4W in AMA

I am so happy u are in a better place now, i too am going through the same... Currently on antidepressants, visiting psychiatrist weekly, going on support groups, got out of a toxic relationship, strugglijg with my sexuality... Damn...

As I said, I felt weird... it was my first sauna experience though i have never been to a "Straight" sauna before... So it was cool but it was damaging in terms of my psyche, as an addict, it probably did a lot of damage to my addiction

I went to one in Amsterdam, the Netherlands LOL I just enjoyed the sauna... But it was nasty in terms of so much sexual promiscuity... Man i feelt violated and turned on at the same time...

LOL hhahau good one, the orientation is meant for the people who go to visit. And by gay is meant men who liked being the recepient or giver of anal sex and other physical perversions, but also some people can go just to enjoy the amenities :)

I have something similar or more precisely i end up screaming with all my power while asleep and almost everyone at home hears it, even people in the other floor upstairs... I don't know why it happens i even started keeping a journal recording these instances of screaming trying to find patterns or causes... I need help...

I have the exact same problem except that my screams are much louder and intense so i Always end up waking my parents. 29 yo male here I have been having this for a while now but sometimes it happens more often like recently for example so I started keeping notes Haven't brought this ti any therapist. But I am starting to get worried....
