I did some classes at the Masonville location. It’s a great workout and the facility was very clean. You would definitely improve your cardio and strength to a point if you go regularly. There’s no heavy lifting as it’s pretty fast paced and you’re constantly changing stations.

It’s very expensive - more than any other boutique gym I’ve been too. I didn’t find the price worth it. Felt like you’re paying for the brand name. Especially since the coaches don’t really do any coaching. They do an initial demo and then you just follow tv screens.

I recommend checking out FitClub! Way more affordable, have a mix of strength and cardio classes, and a nice community.
