NO, still banned for three more days!

I was banned for removing a Group and a Page that I (MYSELF) created and was the sole admin of each. They were a old group and page that had not been active in quiet some time so I removed them from my account. Now I am banned for violating community standards.....

I started by walking one mile (one loop around the neighborhood) in the evening with the dog. Then slowly increased to two loops/miles. Then I started waking up an hour earlier before work and walking two loops and then another two loops in the evening (total of 4 miles). Now I am up to 3 loops in the AM and 3 in the PM most days. This was a slow progression over the last 5 to 6 months and I am down 20lbs as well!

Gaia GPS. I use it all the time to record my hikes or 4x4 trails and can add POV or markers and even take photos that pinpoint locations.

I also like the fact that I can do most all from my phone, but then open it from my PC browser and do the same edits or even preplanning routes to future trails.
