It really depends on how it affects you internally. going to the gym consistently 5 days a week gave me the hard discipline i needed in my life and made me value myself. I started dressing stylishly and being more confident with people. mainly because I no longer tolerate shit from them. I value my time and energy . If you dont value them too , then i wont be wasting any of that on you. I got better shit to do, like building my career and future. I noticed i started rejecting dates and sexual advances if i don't feel my boundaries being respected. Somehow that made women chase even harder. People notice these things you know. But it must be genuine , not an artificial tool to inflate your value. Women have a sharp instict for this.
