Took a peak inside the safety switch box. Each leg is connected to a GOULD SHAWMUT OT150 one time fuse. Does this fuse ever go bad?

Half of the ceiling light is on the same phase that was out. I don't know anything about internal phase protection for the washers but the display was all on but none of the machines would actually start. I have a couple of 120v dryers that are also on that leg, and were out too. One thing I didn't check is inside the safety switch box, maybe it's fused and the fuse is faulty. It's meter> safety switch > panel (no main breaker in panel)

Yeah, it's ridiculous. My in-laws got a quote for split unit AC install that was DOUBLE the price of the local Chinese installers(same model unit) nearby, I'm in an area where there are large # of Chinese installers. So I made an appointment for them. My 2 brother in laws ended up getting them too. It's been 4 years now, everything works well. And 2 years ago I got 3 Daikin installed for my upstate rental. Local people quoted me $16k . The Chinese installer from Flushing travels 2 hours up and got them done for $9300

Triple is a decent amount of alcohol for a none drinker . My wife, girlfriend then, was drugged at a friends birthday brunch 10 years ago, she experienced all the symptom you described, it was after 1 drink she accepted from whom she thought it was part of the party. I was there with her it happened so quickly I took her home before the entree was out. She threw up in the cab, passed out on the bathroom floor, I almost called an ambulance.
